I find it hilarious to mention "oh i would need some fanfics too" like you are obviously giving "life of restriction to a tower" the absolute minimal thought.

You would like to go to a remote tower now, at this point in your life, and live there while controlling the level of interaction you experience (internet and books). That's not remotely like being raised in complete isolation, with no choice in the matter. She literally thought that men had fangs. That's how little she knew of the world. You arguably would be a completely different person, you wouldn't know the majority of what you know now.

Well yes, you do have to be useful to society to fit into it. You can't just do nothing. Of course those who don't want to work or go to school aren't going to fit in - they're drains on society. No one wants to subsidize someone's lazy daydreaming. I say this as a super liberal person who supports social programs, too.

Not everyone loves their job, but life isn't about being super-insanely happy at every moment, it's about appreciating the good moments while understanding that happiness is fleeting - don't be greedy.

I'm sorry reality isn't as fun as daydreaming, and that your life will most likely be lived in quiet desperation, but part of being an adult is learning to find fulfillment in the cards you're dealt, and if you can't then changing your situation so that you can find fulfillment.

Don't pretend to know anything about me. I go to school and have a job, so fuck off. Who was talking about doing nothing? Someone with anxiety or depression can do these things, but always feel massively uncomfortable doing so. A person is allowed to daydream.
