But I know that for a while when I was younger I assumed I must be asexual..... annnnnd a short while after that discovered that the issue was that I was kinky, instead. What I saw people around me responding to wasn't what did it for me, so I assumed nothing did, but I was wrong.

Man, I didn't think I'd been on lj, but apparently I've been posting in my sleep...

(Although I never actually identified myself as ace; I just seriously considered the idea that it might fit.)
