Yes.

Soundwave needs a part in everything, imo. Even non-Transformers stuff.

I'm pretty sure they're in the movie. Laserbeak is the bird-dragon lookin' thing in the trailer, IIRC.

If there are Transformers in the new movie, I will be... well, not satisfied, but relieved. But Laserbeak has the potential to be as awesome looking as Ravage was, so I hope they use them both.

Wasn't it confirmed that Soundwave will be in the new movie? I think I saw his face on one of those sticks =)
And Laserbeak was in the trailer.

If I were you I wouldn't base everything on those Bay movies, though. Why giving it all up if the new one doesn't hold up to your standards? It's not worth it. Sorry XD

A sad fact that expecting much of anything from the Bay movies is setting yourself up for almost certain disappointment.

But this is a time of plenty for the fandom, OP! Don't leave so soon! There are comics and video games and toys and new shows and all sorts of other things worth sticking around for!
