I'm pretty sure it's the puppy look (and, yes, of course the fact that he's built like a god). I know lots of straight women who love nothing more than cute, sweet-looking guys with big dark eyes and fluffy hair, who look like they can do no wrong, and Jared hits all those buttons. Not my type, but I definitely get it.
Now Jensen is just fucking beautiful, nothing to add there.
