Junior idols are no more pornographic than your average idol photoshoot. Not saying they aren't creepy (because HOO BOY), but they're just ego stroke DVDs, much like the company that made Rebecca Black possible.

Sexual depictions of minors in anime and manga is outlawed in Japan. This includes teenagers. Doujin works non-inclusive because they're kind of a technically underground issue.
