I may be reading into your message, but I think you're saying you think you're fat with a shnoz and need to cosplay Russia? To hell with that! Cosplay a character you like! It doesn't matter if you have the exact body type, you just need clothes that fit.

I think OP might mean that cosplaying Russia makes them feel better about themselves, since he's got some of the same physical traits as OP and is liked anyway? (I was a little confused by the wording, but I think that's what they meant.)

I agree! I happen to be really tiny and short but I still cosplay Russia! It's all about cosplaying someone you like, and body type shouldn't matter
