You could describe the dream to your community but leave out the fact it included an animal? At that age I believe the actuality of fancying an animal isn't really relevant - it's the personality you're drawn to. I used to dream about marrying the fox Robin Hood and I have lots of close friends who say their first crushes were on various animated animals!

1. This is good advice, or at least I think so because it's what I was going to say. Just say it was a cartoon character without naming names, OP.

2. Oh, thank fuck, someone who gets the distinction. I adored fox!Robin Hood as a kid and I'm pretty sure there was a point when I was around three or four that I may have wanted to marry him. But I didn't really think of him as a fox, I thought of him as Robin Hood and he just happened to look like a fox. It's Disney, that's what they do. That was the first Robin Hood I'd ever heard of, too, so in my mind he's the real RH.

I'm cool with the burping fetish. I suppose I have a bit of one. It doesn't turn me on, but I like it when my boyfriend burps. XD It really stems from a comfort zone thing for me.

Dreams are rarely so literal. I used to be into dream interpretation since I have so many fucked up ones. I read somewhere that the people you see in them aren't always who it's meant to represent. Rafiki could have nothing to do with the fact he's a monkey, but it could be his personality and how you perceived it at the time. Like someone you know or hope to meet. It's possible it's just the act of that's the main focus and the Lion King theme happened because it was something that was on your mind just before sleeping.

I dunno. I would think a community for burping fetishes would be more open minded. *shrugs*
