Well duh! Who the hell wouldn't want to travel across the country in a hot car saving people and hunting things? That, I feel, is one of the biggest appeals of the story. It's a goldmine for escapists because theirs is a life where you are so free from everyday obligations and the hum drum of everyday life. Even on their down days, at least there's still that sense of danger to keep you on your toes. That being said, I'm too much of a wimp when it comes to pain so I don't know.

All I'm trying to say is that this secret can apply to many more people than you think, OP. <3
