To be honest, I haven't heard any kids talking about it either. I found out about it because of a webcomic (Shortpacked), and kept seeing it pop up in Team Fortress 2 fandom, of all things (because blowing people to bits and magical ponies somehow go together like...well, I'd say peanut-butter and jelly, but maybe like a flake and soft serve ice cream?). Really, I don't know how many little kids have normal access to it, since it plays on the Hub--Hasbro's new special channel that you have to order or whatever. Most folks watch it on YouTube, and since Hasbro considers the show to just be a twenty-two minute commercial for the toys (that many little girls would probably get whether or not they watched the show), they leave it up there. The first season just wrapped up with 24 episodes, and they're all available in HD on YouTube. As far as actually airing on television, it might just be available in the US, but YouTube is everyone's friend.
