(Anonymous) 2011-06-01 03:33 pm (UTC)(link)- Befriended a prostitute, through which she lived vicariously until she couldn't stand it and began cheating on Nate. This led to her becoming a sex addict while simultaneously depriving her boyfriend of absolutely any contact or sex.
- She was extremely codependent with her brother and enabled his insanity because it gave her a sense of self-importance to minister to him. She didn't see fit to pull away until Billy almost skinned her.
And this is just the tip of the iceberg - her entire early relationship with Nate, until the reunite later in the series, is full of her being crazy. They met because they fucked in a closet, and then she stuck around Nate because her own particular brand of crazy made her want to take care of him like a wounded bird. She didn't really like him too much, she just got off on psychoanalyzing him.
