I'd be very surprised if anyone judged you for that! Erica is this generation's Lois, and she did a fantastic job.

I'm a huge Reeveverse fan, and even I can admit that Erica was probably better than Margot. Even if it's only because Margot had crappy material to work with, the movies were full of 70s cheese, and they didn't have enough time to explore the characters like they would in a tv show. Margot will always be my Lois, but even I can admit that Erica did it better.

She was a way better Lois than Margot Kidder. I think she did better at the being mean to Clark without coming off as a total douchenozzle, because between her spin on it and the way the character was written, enough Issues came through that made it clear why she had such an overpowering personality. Versus old school Lois, who walks over everyone in her path because that's what it took to be someone if you were a woman in the workforce.

The last few seasons, though. Dude. CHARACTER RUINED. But that was the writers' fault, not Erica's.

I don't understand people that loved Lois in the last season. Her character was completely mangled for the sake of the Clark/Lois relationship (and I shipped the hell out of them before they hooked up... less melodrama when they weren't together than when they were).

Can I ask why you think that? I thought she was the most perfect Lois Lane I've ever watched, these past few seasons. I've never heard anyone say something like that before.
