It has very little to do with being popular, or being a BNF. I'm not a very well-known artist, but I still get suck-ups who want me to draw shit for them for free.
Your attitude is remarkably similar to a lot of the people who I've been harassed by-- namely that you seem to think an artist should be grateful or at least not annoyed by a bunch of moochers trying to get them to work for free. Some of us make our living this way and let me tell you, it's obnoxious as HELL when people with entitlement complexes think you owe them something just because you've got the ability to make what they want.
