This sounds like my ideal disney fandom. Like, Disney was such a visionary! EPCOT is just...I could spend all day talking about how awesome the idea of EPCOT was when it started. Stuff like Celebration, FL, how Disney is technically exempt from FL state laws (or at least county ones, can't remember). It's just amazing, and Disney fandom doesn't want to talk about that.

Or how amazing the art is, and how many amazing animators they've produced that now do their own thing. How many revolutionary things they've done with animation (multi-plane cameras anyone?), just talk about how amazing Disney is, content of their movies aside.

I would love the fuck out of this fandom

I agree. I'm totes down for this.

Hell, I could go on for hours about Reedy Creek, and how it's awesome how Disney controls everything. (I may have actually caused a friend to fall asleep waiting in line for Space Mountain going on about this during my last vacation to Disney). Is ReedyCreek available as a comm name? I mean, hell, Disney has the power to do whatever they want (up to build a nuclear power plant, which they considered) in the area around the park.

I don't know, I think snowweisz is making a comm? I'm not sure? But if not, or if they haven't managed to find a good comm name, I'd say reedy_creek or something would be very appropriate. :D
