Oi, you're talking to someone who hasn't worn a skirt in their own free will for over a decade. ;)

So lemme rephrase. She can't wear something that men would stereotypically find sxc because even if she were to feel good in it it's all wrong. ALL WRONG!

My feeling towards is very much in line with the "blue curtain" metaphor posted earlier. She CAN wear something like that, but when that's all women ever wear (and when an objection it seems to be met consistently with "what, women can't be sexy?") it points to something problematic.

That's very true, and I can't really think of a point to counter/support yours, and I'll admit I'm a pretty bad feminist.
I'll also admit to that I don't know very much about Marvel/DC/Whatever else is big in the States, and my best memories are the cartoons I watched years ago. Is it really true that ALL their women ever only really wear that?

And here I'm really done for today/now because damn I can't think straight.
