If they were going to give her pants, I'd rather they give her some kind of spandex bodysuit like Superman wears (oh but that would be OBJECTIFYING because you could see her breasts more clearly)

Seriously, how many people in this thread have tried doing strenuous physical activity wearing a leather jacket and tight leather pants? And I'm pretty sure that's considered "sexy" to more than one man out there -- just because someone isn't showing as much skin, it doesn't make what they're wearing any less "sexy"

Yeah, spandex isn't exactly the comfiest thing to run around in on a hot day (though other commenters made the point that she's from a tropical climate, so she'd be used to it) but at least it stretches. Leather is the absolute worst to run in; it doesn't breathe at all.

I mean, basketball shorts and a stretch top would be even better, but that would also look a little silly.

Well, Batman can do quite a bit of strenuous activity while wearing boots, a cape, and a full head-mask. And he's just a regular guy (you know, besides being Batman), so it probably wouldn't be too much for a freaking AMAZON to handle a jacket and pants.
