Exactly! Not to mention he's being run ragged by his uh... extra passenger. He's living a life that would prematurely age anyone.

I'd say he looks damned good, considering.

Justice is probably the reason he doesn't take care of himself much. Anders is much more vain/appearance-focused in DA:A (aside from Ser Pounce-a-Lot, the gifts he likes are jewels and scarves and such).

Also, dialogue from Awakening:
Velanna: Ugh... your skin, it's peeling.
Justice: Oh really? I didn't notice.
Velanna: Can I give you a poultice? Anything that can help?
Justice: No, I thank you for the offer, but Kristoff's body is dead. There is nothing that can be done.
Velanna: I shan't hope for the smell to improve then?
Justice: No, you probably shouldn't.

Physical appearance (and smell) is clearly not an issue for Justice. He probably think baths are a distraction from "the cause".
