Only that it wasn't forced. Well, yes, she didn't have any choice in continuing with it, but at least from the first episode, she KNOWS she's pregnant and that the baby was concieved in the TARDIS some time before, so how was it forced?

I do agree that kidnapping her is a major squick, though.

My error -- I should have said 'forced birth'. Though forced pregnancy... yes, because it -could- have been terminated. She wouldn't have, but not giving her the option due to storyline circumstances still makes it a forced pregnancy, if not a forced conception.

And she didn't know -- she suspected.

Regardless, the idea of being forced to carry a child to term against your will/without your consent/without your knowledge is still icky. Ugh. Pregnancy is a major squick for some people, too. Myself included.
