4. WORD. I miss the old Bleach fandom. I was more of a lurker than a poster then, but chirachira, rukia, yachiru and the others were my heroes. I miss the old days where there'd be giant conversations about characters not ships. There'd be tons of batshit theories and canon arguments that would have me going back to my manga for re-read after re-read and I loved it. I keep on hoping that fandom spark will explode again.

Re .4--sometimes I wonder if the discussions are being posted to the splinter communities and s_s is just being used as an announcement board type thing. Maybe people should make more of an effort to start discussion there? (And I include myself in this.) I see lots of cool discussions in smaller comms/private journals, but the nice thing about the general comm is you get lots more POVs. Hmm. Food for thought.

15. The only reason I even think about loading up Star Ocean 3 again is the in-game glossary. I love world-building and all the detail put into glossaries much more than pairing characters up.

Ps. That's Xenosaga, right? Is it a proper sf rpg that doesn't end up in Pseudo-Medieval Fantasyland oh, almost immediately? Does robot-girl in the secret have much screentime?

Yes, that is Xenosaga, yes, it is a proper SF RPG that doesn't end up in Psuedo-Medieval Fantasyland almost immediately unless you count, like, Judeo-Christian-Gnostic references hitting you over the head with a sledgehammer repeatedly and yes, robot-girl KOS-MOS gets oodles of screentime as a main (and mascot?) character. :|b

Obviously, this means you need to play it.

To #5: I don't blame you. That part sucked. :-(

To #6: Indeed, why not? Go for it!

To #7: Faris from FFV, of course. Underrated game, underrated character. Play the GBA rerelease if you haven't already! It's really, really well done.

To #13: Good secret. Good pic, too; I recognize it from the front cover of one of my ol' 2nd Edition D&D books.

To #14: I don't read Bleach, but that looks hot. :-) And yes, he has Pinocchio's nose. (You know what they say about men with big noses!)

To #15: I'm in it -- well, the first game, at least; 2 and 3 don't float the boat for me -- for the plot, the excellent cast of characters, and memories of Xenogears, but the technobabble helps a lot. :-)

To #16: I hope ... this isn't addressed to me. ^_^;

9) I noticed that some in Geass fandom. Although annwyd was really original before she dropped the series.

4. With both Bleach and Naruto being my two major fandoms, I still pray every day for the spark to get back in both series :\ I have so many problems with Bleach, now, but you get less flak for attacking Naruto rather than Bleach.

But still, both are meh to me now.
