I think that's hard to say.

Sirius died yes but he got to go to an afterlife where he got to be with people he loved. Draco lived and his family stayed out of Azakaban but I can't imagine that his life was all hugs and puppies afterwords; his family probably lost a lot of his status, people were probably openly hostile to him about his ties to the Death Eaters, and he can't escape anything he did; what he did will stay with him the rest of his life.

Before he died, though, there was the whole twelve straight years of high voltage psychological torture, followed by two years on the run, followed by a year of slowly going crazy in his ludicrously creepy childhood home.

I thought of it after; it was kind of a "shit, I forgot to add that" moment.

I was trying to point out the diffrence in how the characters ended up at the end of the series.

I would point out that what we see of Sirius after all that is that the only thing he really lacks that he wants is his freedom and he seemed actually just... Scruffy after all those years. He was still reckless, and he wanted to kill the guy who ruined his life, but that's about it.
