Haha, I actually fall asleep to audiobooks every night! I also like to listen to them while getting ready for work in the morning when I'm the only one awake, and sometimes while I'm playing a video game that doesn't have talking in it like the Sims. It's just a nice way to immerse yourself in a book without having to sit down and read.

I'm not anti-books, though. Actually, I'll often have a physical copy of the book at work, and listen to the audiobooks at home so that I don't have to cart it back and forth.

I actually fall asleep to podcasts and audio dramas, so I guess it's kinda the same thing. :P I don't mind it because I know each episode is x amount of time beginning to end. I'm one of those people when I read a good book I will sit and read it until I'm finished. So, falling asleep (usually because it's calming, not boring heh) in the middle annoys and saddens me a bit. ^^;;
