This x100. I don't understand why most of fandom thinks the old episodes of Family Guy (before its cancellation) were the best. I can hardly watch them. And Stewie being such a painfully forced and unfunny one-note character is one of the reasons. There's only a certain amount of times I can laugh at the "Lois must die" jokes or the various unfunny tirades he used to go on.

At least now Stewie has progressed into a much more interesting character. He still has his evil moments, but a lot of the humor now comes from how pathetic he is and how Brian mocks him for it. (I also love how Brian and Stewie's relationship has progressed over the years. It still weirds me out that Peter and Brian consider each other best friends, because as far as I'm concerned, Stewie and Brian are best friends. Even if they do give each other a lot of shit)
