So when I was playing FF7, I renamed all of the characters after comic book heroes I liked. However, when I got to Cid, I couldn't bear to rename him because... he's Cid! You can't have Final Fantasy without a Cid! So I just tweaked it a little and named him "Cid, baby".

So when he introduced himself it was with a giant leap and then "I'm Cid, baby!" which was sort of hilarious, it looked like he was addressing Tifa and might as well have called her 'toots'. I grinned.

And then this scene came along. XD
