2. Especially when you don't like your fics, even if you love a pairing/character/whatever. :/ There's so much I'd love to read about but would be really worried about handling on my own! Although I do try, in the end I just wish for super competent people to write the things I enjoy, haha. Don't we all, I guess. XD

8. Yeah, hurm. Well, uh, I totally get having a really intense interest in a certain historical time period, but I'm not sure what to think about a desire to experience all that trauma firsthand. But I won't condescend to you.

11. ...Cloud. ♥ You made my jaw drop a little bit, because I so rarely hear people call him awesome compared to omgz Sephiroth. 8D I like a whole range of pretty and unconventional looking characters, usually I just get suckered in by that thing, what's it called, development.

Cloud totally pwns Sephiroth in my sister's eyes.

Cloud I adored. Sephiroth, I think, is vastly overrated (give me Seymour any day, kthxbi), but he was scary and interesting in context because of what Cloud thought about him, how Cloud felt about him, his effect on Cloud. Without Cloud, Sephiroth would have been very lame in my opinion. I can't understand people understanding them as separate characters, actually, because Sephiroth is so utterly dependant on being viewed through Cloud's eyes.

For the record, Cloud/Sephiroth isn't a pairing I like. Not because it doesn't have the potential to be the most creepyhorribleawesome thing ever, because it does. But because when I go looking for it all I find is the most sickening, OOC fluff ever, or, when it's angsty, kid!Cloud hating his life and Sephiroth getting his pederasty on, which is somehow even worse.
