Yes! Thank you, OP! He was a jerk at first, but he was becoming a genuinely nice person. If only that character development started earlier on, maybe... *sigh*

But...they were canon. They had a relationship for five seconds but they were canon. Roz and Bulldog got along great and you can tell he loved her daughter a lot, but Roz just...I don't know. He was good for her but it just seemed like she had him pegged into one role and freaked when he went out of the 'lines'.

But it happened, so I consider it canon.

Agreed actually. Also I kinda hate that they made her get pregnant and then the whole Frasier/Roz mess happened (which would have been lovely in the earlier seasons instead)...

They made her get pregnant because the network execs didn't want to have a woman who happily engaged in lots of casual sex on their show without "punishing" her for it.

Yes, it's still infuriating even now.
