Its out on DVD and Blue-ray! At least get it from a library or something, that's where I found it.

Asia uses a different DVD region than the USA and Canada, so they'd have to shell out the money for a Japanese/Europe specific DVD player as well as the actual DVD.

For serious it is out on all-region and region-free as well as Region 1 so for serious it is out. It was released in 2009 in China and pretty much made it here by now: its up on Amazon.
