A combination of many years of therapy aimed at dealing with my anxiety issues, styling my hair in such a way that it was really hard to pull it out, and getting really busy with other stuff (I started drawing again).

I learned to keep my hands busy. I hold stuff when I watch television, or when I read, because I find that without doing that my hands will just wander to my head and I'll only notice when it's too late.
