Oh yes there is.

I prefer to watch DaVinci and Machiavelli fight over him, though. And we can toss some Cesare/Michelotto in while we're at it.

Oh gosh, someone point me towards the Machiavelli/Cesare! I've ended up venturing into the Assassin's Creed fandom just to get my Cesare slash fix. For this show, I've only seen, like, one Cesare/Juan and a few Cesare/Micheletto on AO3.

Asscreed terribly portrayed Cesare, I cannot into fanart.

But if you read the Prince by Machiavelli, you can get enough of implied interest as the whole book is written based off Cesare.

Also,the letters between Cesare and Michelotto are pretty... well...

Sorry to take forever, silly sleep. I've been meaning to pick up The Prince for literally ever. There's also this great quote from Encyclopedia Britannica of Machiavelli describing Cesare's "extraordinary contrasts".

LETTERS! LETTERS? Between Cesare and Micheletto!? Could I find them by poking online or a book, or? *faint*
