Anyway, people are adverse to it on a very primal level. It's for lack of a better term, gross. One generally doesn't like looking at it, and is instantly repulsed, like you would be looking at a gorn picture.

Rape, incest, pedophilia (depending on how we're defining this - people do generally find it repulsive if they look/act like kids), are morally wrong, but don't inspire that basic revulsion right from the off. People hate them from an intellectual standpoint.
