It's a shame, because all of those things would be cool to come up in the show (the Gwen/Merlin crush thing could be adorable banter that actually brought Merlin into the mix, the Freya thing is kind of important but the whole killing magic users get glossed over in so many different ways, and Vivian, oh Vivian, I am still slightly traumatized by what they did to you, and if Alvarr comes back with Mordred (which is unlikely since Asa is so busy) they'll probably forget all about Enmyria), but those two were awesome).
