Discussion in ME1 with Liara is so irritating :| I flat out told her I wasn't interested in her and continued to talk with her thinking it would be alright and I still got the double-timin' confrontation scene. WTF.

Ugh, there's little I hate more in bad romance issues than ninjamance. I had this happen in DA2 with Leliana asking me if I was ending it, and me just being like "there's an IT?"

This. I've recently started a mage elf, but due to her characterization she's gonna keep Zevran in her party, and I refuse to go through that game with two rogues. It's underpowered and annoying! So I started thinking, "How am I gonna win over Leliana if I don't keep her in my party?!" ... but then I remembered, I never keep her in my party. And she ALWAYS falls for my women!

The ironic part being, apparently a lot of people complained about Zevran being a ninjamance...? When really, he was the only one that had an abort button every step of the way, and it's RIDICULOUSLY easy to keep him at a distance. (Although he may not like you as much.. Telling him not to flirt makes him sad. XD) And Leliana, really, all you have to do is not be pure evil and she'll be telling you she loves you every time... Get off my dwarf, woman, she wants nothing to do with you! :V

..... I just don't like Liara. >>; To be fair, this thread has made a point I'd never considered - I never got to know her because I always shut her down right away, and I honestly didn't KNOW there was more to her character! As it is, though, I don't much care for the way she seems to be getting the spotlight. I mean, even a well written and developed supporting character shouldn't get THAT much more screen time than the others...

Love Leliana, but yeah, she's bugged out to hell when it comes to romance. I've had to shut her down twice in one game, when all I've done is be nice to her. No flirting, no leading on, just trying to be her friend while I'm boinking the hell out of Zevran. *sigh*

See, I had the opposite problem. I told Kaidan I wasn't interested, romanced the pants of Liara, and still got him jumping all over me about how he thought we had a connection. My vanguard Shep was not at all impressed with mister Alenko.
