Fallout 3 has no sex of any sort in it. The closest thing is a woman in Moriarty's bar who'll share a bed with you if you have the cash.

That being said, Fallout 2's gay sex is fairly limited, to a mobster's unhappy wife, and to two (adult) children of a cattle rancher, who walks in on you and makes you get married. You haven't lived until you've seen the Lesbian Shotgun Wedding. (They're both straight-sex options too.)

Of course then you're saddled with a useless NPC who doesn't level up, can't shoot for shit, and hogs a spot that a much better NPC could be taking up, unless he/she dies, or you can go sell them into slavery for quick cash and a cheap laugh. Then you can go tell the rancher what happened and he has a heart attack and dies.

This helps nobody.
