It's not canon, no, despite the kiss. Which, I believe was from Shion to Nezumi. But it is refreshing to have it so blatantly implied, I agree.

I don't think it's explicitly canon, no. But there's more ship tease and ho yay than Tiger&Bunny, which is no easy feat. And the kiss was gorgeously drawn.

For me, it's canon. The end of novel #9 screamed CANON all the way (or at least, the spoilers I found on tumblr).
