Made an account there during the chan raids on them. Wasn't even DDOS-ing them or trolling or anything, just loved watching the trainwreck. You know, Keith's amazon account or something being hacked, DVD sets of Fresh Prince ordered to his credit card, etc. It was fairly epic.

Keith was lying about how none of the users' data was stolen in attacks. There was a huge list of usernames and passwords that matched up with a shedload of other sites like Gaia. Lotta damage. I made one comment with my new account to a user's shoutbox (I think it was, not sure) saying that he may well not be telling the truth about site security, and got banned instantly.

Made a new account the same day and it's still there about 4 years later.

I'm not banned there either, but it would be interesting to know if there are more people that get banned and return so quickly.

I have to definitely agree with the comment about Keith and his rules. It's not even just him, it's basically all of their staff lately.

There's so much shit that goes on behind the scenes on that site. The battle system is getting fucked by the new administrator retiring items, removing boosters and dumbing down others just so his pet is number one. The less said about the bitches that get away with breaking the rules (Jessyta and her happy crew of idiots) on the forums the better.

It's more than just banning, it's the fact that we're all just little people allowed to play on a clique's site.

Haha, wow. You've hit the reason I stopped playing Subeta straight on the head. I've been registered on that site since 2004, but the site is such a ridiculous incestuous circle of cliques that nothing gets you respect except worming your way into a social circle and putting down anyone else who dares not conform. Keith is a coward and an asshole who hides behind his legions of fans and status as a homosexual man in order to keep spewing his bullshit (including a heaping helping of transphobia). All the mods look the other way if one of their friends breaks a rule while probating unknown users for committing essentially the same crime, and then they just run to that Subetadrama site to spew things that I'd expect to hear from the stereotypical "high school bitchy clique", not grown 20-something women.

I could honestly go on forever about how Subeta has slowly been slipping down the shitter, but ugh. Believe me, whoever wrote this, you're not alone in how you think. (And, for what it's worth? I had multiple accounts for at least two years and I never got caught.)

I still play on the site, but I'm starting to hate it more and more.

So many cliques and so much bitchiness. Nearly all of the mods are complete assholes, fuckwits or both -- and it goes double for Keith.

I have fun on there, so I don't want to leave. Still, nearly everything about it drives me nuts.

I did this, actually.

I had made a post in the stream that said something along the lines of:

You really shouldn't use chatspeak. "LYKE THIS?11?!!?"

And was instaband for three strikes. All Caps, multiple punctuation, and chatspeak.

I don't think I have ever in my life raged harder against the internet. I mean, there's stupid and then there's impressively disabled.

I got banned during the chan raids when one of the mods was saying LOL SORRY GUYS THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO, when hello, PIN numbers? They're... kind of made to add security to your fucking account? A friend and I used ours and hadn't gotten hacked, so I replied saying something about it.

Insta-banned moments later, for proving a mod wrong or something. WHOOPS I GUESS I MADE THE DUMB BITCH LOOKS STUPID, HOW MEAN OF MEEEEEEEEE. I wasn't even doing it to be malicious, I was kind of naively helpful at that age.

I made a new account some time after the raids, but it got boring fast with all the cliques and shit so I just stopped going. Neopets is so much better.
