probably due to the complaints eastenders keeps getting -lol ofcom- they're being very careful in regards to things like this but I was overwhelmed at just how much more couple-y hollyoaks portrays their gay couple, numerous shots of them in bed and implications of sex. but i guess its bc channel 4 flies under the radar so it can get away with more and because its directed at teens.
