Okay, I have to ask.

Am I like, the only woman who can't pee immediately after sex? Because it doesn't matter if I have to go so badly that I'm doing the dance, my body requires a good twenty minutes to uh...cool down before I can even hope to go. As someone who has a bladder you'd need a microscope to see, this is often frustrating. XD

Am I just bizarre, or what?

I might have a light case of this... I can't pee immediately after orgasm (I'm guessing the muscles are still contracted or something) but it wears off after a few minutes. The peeing feels slightly different though.

I can't pee after sex *unless* I've had two or three orgasms. If I've come a few times, it only takes a few minutes for the area to become un-congested. If I haven't gotten off, or only came once? Half an hour at least.

I'm pretty sure that's the way it's SUPPOSED to work - isn't arousal supposed to squeeze the urethra shut? (I would swear I've read that in an anatomy book. Quick Googling is not producing anything right now, but I will come back if I find this info.) In reality, it seems like most women can pee while aroused given some concentration. But it's not like there's something wrong with you.

I empathize with the microscopic bladder mightily. And people take so much notice of it, christ! People ask me, "Okay, before we do ____, do you need to go to the bathroom first?" ALL THE TIME, pre-empting me saying, hang on, I'll be right back. It's like I'm a child. Hate it.
