I never really got how the manga or the anime is "funny"

I guess the nonchalant absurdity? Or sometimes extreme absurdity; to be honest, I've only laughed out loud at a few moments but I would still call it 'funny'.

Yeah, I watched the first episode (not knowing a damn thing about the manga) and just sat around for fifteen minutes going "Um, yeah, the hell was that?!"

I suppose it was quite lovely, though.
