Yeah I did that recently: google searched my secrets, because I tend to name the fandoms. I found them all, tho to be fair there wasn't many.

Then I saved the secret under the secret number name like 1679.jpg, so I know to go back if I want to reread comments.

I'm the same. T__T There are actually some really boring days where I spend time going into the archive trying to find my old secrets. I've found some and what pisses me off the most is when I read old secrets in that thread and I want to comment on them because I wasn't in a certain fandom yet, but said secret is over a year old. T_T

Solution (if you're willing to comment on your own secrets):

Make a comment, and then if someone replies to it (or you could put in a fake typo and reply to your own), then you'll get an email saying that someone responded to your comment.

I am able to find most of the secrets I commented on by searching in Gmail, so I can click the link and look at which one it was.
