What pisses me off about that is that Peter had a fucking AMAZING death scene. He went down to his arch enemy, he fucking saved people and he went out like a god damn hero. Hell, he fucking saved Aunt May, essentially making up for his role in Uncle Ben's Death.

Hell Ultimate Fallout makes it even better, by not only showing a New York who ADORES him, also that scene with the little girl? Oh my fucking god, was it manipulative? Yes, but good god that fucking got me. It worked perfectly, he went out like a fucking badass superhero and by all rights Marvel did the near impossible.

I'm so fucking tired of every time a minority character gets a role it's fucking typecasting or tokenism, no you handjobs it's called fucking storytelling and moving with the fucking times, also no one is shoving it down your throat.
