Probably a secret about Bradley James' recent interview about how Arthur is marrying Guinevere is for political reasons.

Apolitical marriage is when you marry someone for, you know, political reasons. If Arthur had ended up marrying Elena, that would have been a political marriage. There's nothing political about a prince marrying a serving girl, though. If Gwen marries Arthur, it won't be a political marriage, it'll be for love.

I think they're referring to Bradley's recent interview, in which he said Arthur's marriage to Gwen will be political in the sense that it's a way of making a connection with the people of Camelot as opposed to just the nobility. Basically, he defines all of Arthur's relationships as things he has so long as they are what is best for Camelot.

I'm so bla about this couple I think I blank them out when I watch the show. I don't hate the pairing, just find it difficult to care about. Even if they get married I'd still be watching for other storylines so I would probably not notice what happens with the marriage.

I think you're confusing "slash fangirls" with A/G stans. The second Bradley says something against their OTP, they turn on him. They're all in it for Angel anyway.
