Yeah, keeping saying photoshop. I have the same body type from working out and watching what I eat. It's hard work that takes 24/7 dedication but it is worth it.

That's awesome. I can manage the food-watching enough to stay average weight, but when it comes to exercise, I get bored after about half an hour and toodle back to my comfortable internets, xD. I really admire people who can keep themselves motivated like that.
