This reminds me of a Chinese film I watched when I was young. This kung fu master slept with virgins to steal their youths. He was the villain and his two female students escaped because he wanted to have sex with one of them because the last woman they brought him wasn't a virgin and she aged him instead of making him younger. I think the girl he wanted to sleep with ended up being a lesbian.
