I felt so incredibly dumb when I made that secret, but then after, I felt so incredible, and I managed to eat today after a really impossible-looking evening the other night.

I don't have an eating disorder myself, but I've had friends who have had them, and I know sometimes making yourself eat is really tough to do. I'm proud of you for doing what you need to do, and I'm impressed that you're brave enough to work to get better. A lot of people aren't.

I'm sure Optimus would be proud of you too. :)
