'Horribly annoying and terribly endearing' is a great way to describe her. I started out not liking Pinkie much but after a while she sort of grew on me. Her optimistic attitude is nice and she's not all about the sugar high; like another commenter noted she's loyal to her friends and very considerate. I have a few 'Pinkie Pie' friends in my life who have really annoying habits but they're also some of the nicest people I've ever met.

Yeah, I also know some people like her, and I can actually BE like her sometimes (especially my kid/teen self). It's extremely hard for me to dislike her. It helps that she's extremely cute. :P
