24. ... lol. I feel I should throw my two cents in as a player there, even though I rarely... chip in with stuff like this.
I'm really sorry that you weren't enjoying it-- after all, it is all about having fun. I hope you can find an RP better suited to your tastes elsewhere. I do agree that it's usually just better to leave if you don't like it, however, I don't really think that calling a particular person out in public, on an unrelated comm no less, is the way to go re: bitching about a particular character's OOCness. That just crosses the line, imho. I mean, it's one thing to crit a person, but if someone were to do it on
If someone is angry @ an rp or rp character for being OOC, generalisations in secrets probably actually work better. otherwise you're just looking for trouble. + think about that poor person, you know? That's a person they'd be calling out in public. i know i'd die if anyone did that to me. it would make me want to crawl under a rock and never come out again :(. So I don't think those people are "n00bs"-- it's possible they just want to vent some frustration ('cause we all get frustrated sometimes!) w/out hurting others & trying to be considerate about a person's feelings.
Anyway. That was kind of long and probably no-sense-making, but whatevs. /resume lurkermode
