Silent hill crossovers can be amazing. I think I saw the beginning of one for Rorschach from Watchmen. Or maybe it was just people talking about it. Needless to say it left an impression.

I think her Silent Hill aesthetic should be about the aftermath of fire. Lots of burned, dead things, lots of smoke--but no fire, and no ability to make fire. So much of her identity is wrapped up in being the perfect child of her father that it would be a major psychological blow in addition to creating the proper "powerless" feeling. She would hate having to lower herself to use physical weapons, I think.

On the monster design front, I have significantly less ideas, but there should probably be a lot of reference to her mother and Zuko. Maybe some creepy mannequin enemies too, or a dragon? And she'd probably try to burn her way through the puzzles if she couldn't figure it out with about five minutes of effort. She strikes me as intelligent but not patient or diligent.

I don't read Avatar crossovers because it's hell to make them work to my satisfaction, but I want to see this.

The thing about Silent Hill is most people who end up there have sinned in some way and can't remember. I can see her mind ending up there after her mental breakdown and possibly ending up catatonic or something.

I have a feeling a lot of the more violent monsters would have scars.

I'm not really an Azula fan, but it sounds interesting. I always thought the way things ended for her in the series was kinda unsatisfactory. :/
