Like the others have said - there is no canon on this whatsoever. And honestly why would they plan to have a kid in the war they were both fighting in?

Honestly,because they wanted to have a baby? Why would you think it's appropriate to decide the circumstances under which it's okay for anyone to plan to have children. That's like saying, 'why don't those rich healthy people have more kids, when it clearly wouldn't be a hardship?'

It seems out of character to me. I didn't decide what circumstances were appropriate, but from my interpretation of those two, it doesn't seem likely. If JKR does say that Harry was planned, I'll fully admit my interpretation of those two characters was wrong.
