(Anonymous) 2011-08-20 11:58 pm (UTC)(link)You know I've heard and seen some forms of selective prejudice like when people hate lesbians and are okay with gay men (and vice versa) but I've NEVER heard of selective trans prejudice before now (though I do hear it can be hardest for trans-women and they're more likely to be physically attacked or found etc). I've never heard of this view before though on trans matters. It's still idiotic, but still a new one I hadn't run into before- selective trans prejudice and approving of one direction but not the other.
The world is such a diverse place I guess!
Just not always in a good way.
