Snoop from The Wire (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w8zavPW3Bus). Not sure how tall she is, but it can't be more than 5'6". She's certainly a lot shorter than most of the male characters she was put next to. But if you're not fucking terrified of her (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jTLhRojxEtk&feature=related), you're wrong.
(For that matter, Omar Little falls under the 6 foot measure the OP seems to prefer -- though not by much -- but if you think he's anything but a badass to be taken very seriously (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UmtuRRhtGQw), that's just silly.
