5. But on that note, just because people ignore other games in favour of them, there are still amazing Final Fantasy games. I don't care what anyone says about them being "overrated", VI, VII, IX, X and Tactics are still some of the best RPGs I've ever played in my life. And I've played A LOT or RPGs.

Especially FFT. FFT was incredible. ♥

And, y'know, IV and V aren't bad either. I can't deny my love for Cecil, Kain and the gang. Nor the glory of crossdressing pirates.

But. Bleeh. The Final Fantasy fandom as YOU'RE talking about it drives me up the wall as well. What with the way half of them don't even play the games, or only get into gaming to play FF, and ONLY play VII + VIII. Sometimes X.

But FF got popular for a reason.

i've maybe played tactics a few times too many

I want the remake to be translated well so that people stop bitching about how the story didn't make sense despite it being beautiful and full of sense making.

However, I've grown so fond at the 18 ways to spell 'King Ordalia/Omoidalia/Omdalria' and the way Ramza likes to call Delita his "best friend", or the way Dycedarg cares about "Justice", not justice. And I really want Ramza to shout: "WIEGRAF, DON'T OPEN THAT!"
