3. You're not alone! Sometimes I look back and realize that like... 95% of my fiction is this way. It's also the way I prefer my pairings in canon--not canon, but with subtext. And in fic, I fall in love if the pairing's there but the subtlety understates it, if that even made any sense. XD I think it's because too often badfic begins with mush, middles with porn and ends in mutual mechanical 'I love you's without having any character flavor at all. ;;; I've only recently even finished anything with explicit porn, and it was a PWP for a meme response. [/tl;dr]

5. I still want the Final Fantasy games, but I've started Shadow Hearts on a friend's PS2. >: I wanna finish ittttt. I need to compile a videogames wishlist. D:

It can be cute, potentially, if one half of a pairing chibifies and the other half WTFs, but uh. Automatically negates the pairing for the duration of the chibification. :|
